Bandai’s 2014 SDCC Exclusives [UPDATE July 22]

[UPDATE July 22] Bandai has announced that this year, they will be issuing timed tickets for attendees to be able to purchase their Comic-Con exclusives. There will be two types of tickets that could be drawn each morning in the Sails Pavilion – either Guaranteed Purchase tickets with a time to return to the booth to be able to purchase that day, or a Random Drawing ticket, which you’ll need to check back to see if you’ll be able to purchase or not. It’s not noted if Guaranteed Purchase tickets will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis, or if both types of tickets will be drawn at once.

From their site, here’s the full details on how to purchase:

How to buy

Purchasing for Power Rangers & Godzilla product ONLY:

  1. Form a single file line in the Sails Pavilion Thursday-Sunday morning July 24-27. The line will form once Comic-Con opens the doors to allow Attendees into the building.
  2. Select which items you want the opportunity to purchase. Take a ticket for each of those items. Please note, a ticket to purchase is not guaranteed.
  3. There will be 2 types of tickets: “Guaranteed Purchase” tickets, and “Random Drawing” tickets.
    • If you get a “Guaranteed Purchase” ticket, read it carefully! It will list the time you can come to the Bandai booth #121 that day only to purchase your product.
    • If you get a “Random Drawing” ticket, you have been entered in the drawing to purchase that item. Check at the Bandai booth #121, on the big screens, any time after 10:00 AM to see if your number is drawn for you to purchase that day only!
  4. Be sure to purchase your product by 5:00 PM that same day!! Tickets are valid same day only.
    • No product will be sold without a valid “Guaranteed Purchase” ticket or a winning “Random Drawing” ticket. Limit 1 of each item per person. Duplicated tickets will not be honored. All Sales Final. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds. We reserve the right to refuse a sale at any time for any reason. Sales to exhibitors are limited to SUNDAY 7/27 only.

Please note: Power Rangers and Godzilla items will ONLY be sold at the Bandai Shop at booth #121, and Big Hero 6 items will ONLY be sold at the Disney Big Hero 6 booth #3635. See below for information on Big Hero 6 items.

The company also announced several other details – like that they will not be accepting cash – which you can read about in their FAQ. We’ve also updated the exclusives below with prices.

[PREVIOUS] Bandai, the Japanese toy making company which owns some very large licenses (namely, Power Rangers), has unveiled its line-up of Comic-Con 2014 exclusives. The company will be bringing exclusives from Godzilla, Big Hero 6, and – you guessed it – Power Rangers.

Attendees can head to Bandai America Booth #121 to pick up the exclusives at the convention, with one exception – the Big Hero 6 6″ First Edition Baymax. That figure will be available exclusively at Disney’s Big Hero 6 Booth #3635A, and tickets will be distrubted each morning at the Big Hero 6 Booth each morning to determine who can buy. That particular figure does not yet have a photo available, though we’re sure it’s going to be awesome.

Here’s a look at what Bandai will be bringing to Comic-Con:
