BOOM! Studios San Diego Comic-Con 2016 Exclusives

BOOM! Studios always brings some exciting exclusives to the convention — and this year at San Diego Comic-Con is no different, with exclusives for Power Rangers, Lumberjanes, Over the Garden Wall, Labryinth (!), and more.

Head over to Booth #2229 during the convention to pick up these items.

ComicBook has revealed another SDCC exclusive cover for the BOOM! Studios WWE comics that features Sasha Banks, otherwise known as The Boss.

IGN reports that BOOM! will be selling a set of six, one-page comics at San Diego Comic-Con for “WWE: Then. Now. Forever”. Each comic will feature a pinup illustration and an info-comic, featuring wrestlers of yesteryear, today, and wrestling legends. The comics are illustrated by different artists, but the info-comics are created by Daniel Bayliss, Doug Garbark, and Jim Campbell. They’ll retail for $5 each.

Lucas Stand #1 ($10): Writers: Kurt Sutter, Caitlin Kittredge Artist: Jesús Hervás Cover artist: Chris Visions Comic-Con International exclusive of the debut issue of Sons of Anarchy creator Kurt Sutter’s first original comic book series.


Lumberjanes/ Gotham Academy #1 ($10): Writer: Chynna Clugston Flores Artist: Rosemary Valero-O’Connell Cover artist: Lissa Treiman Comic-Con International exclusive of the launch issue of BOOM! Studios’ first-ever crossover with DC Comics, featuring the team-up of two fan-favorite comic book casts and a cover by Giant Days artist Lissa Treiman.


Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #5 ($25): Writer: Kyle Higgins Artist: Thony Silas Cover artist: Goñi Montes Comic-Con International exclusive of a stand-alone issue, featuring guest artist Thony Silas (Batman Beyond 2.0) and a rare Armored Black Ranger cover image.


Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Pink #1 ($20): Writers: Brenden Fletcher & Kelly Thompson Artist: Daniele Di Nicuolo Cover artist: Felipe Smith Comic-Con International exclusive of the debut issue of BOOM! Studios’ limited comic series to spin off from the main Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series. Part 3 of a four-part connecting image!


Over the Garden Wall #1 ($10): Writers: Jim Campbell, Amalia Levari Artists: Jim Campbell, Cara McGee Cover artist: Rex Hackelberg Comic-Con International exclusive of the first issue of the newest KaBOOM! ongoing comic series based on the hit Cartoon Network original series created by Pat McHale.


Over the Garden Wall Limited Edition Hardcover ($40): Writer: Pat McHale Artist: Jim Campbell Cover artist: Design by Michelle Ankley Collecting the original, sold-out KaBOOM! one-shot and four-issue limited series based on the hit Cartoon Network original program, this limited-edition hardcover makes its debut at Comic-Con International.


What Is It? ($17): Writer: Nicole Hoang Artist: Dustin Nguyen Early debut exclusively at Comic-Con International. In a nearby forest, a young girl discovers a mysterious little creature. Together, they seek to understand who or what the other is. What Is It? captures the curiosity, wonder, and discovery of childhood, where it’s still easy to be surprised by the unexpected.
