Star Wars: Unlimited, the trading card game, is bringing the galaxy to convention floors in 2025 with a lineup of highly anticipated exclusive cards — and yes, that includes San Diego Comic-Con. The game, which officially launched last year, allows players to build custom decks and battle it out using iconic Star Wars characters, vehicles, and moments from across the franchise.
Leading the lineup is an event-exclusive promo card featuring Darth Tyranus, also known as Count Dooku. This card, hailing from the upcoming “Legends of the Force” set, will be available to participants who engage in game demos at various events.
The centerpiece of the 2025 exclusives is a six-card Convention Exclusive pack, which comes packaged in an R2-D2 inspired box, and each card showcasing a beloved droid character with a distinctive “blueprint” visual design. The featured droids span across different sets from Year 2 of the game: L3-37, BB-8, and R2-D2 from “Jump to Lightspeed”; BD-1 from “Legends of the Force”; and C-3PO and Chopper from the forthcoming “Secrets of Power.” These cards, while not tournament-legal until their respective sets are officially released, are your first chance to add them to your collection.
Each Convention Exclusive pack includes one copy of each of the six cards and will be available for $100 for the pack of six cards. Details on how to acquire the deck at San Diego Comic-Con are still TBA, but for those heading to other cons this year, you’ll also find the decks at Gen Con, PAX Unplugged, Star Wars: Unlimited Galactic Championship, Diversão Offline in Brazil, Infrefest Barcelona, Essen Spiel in Germany, Auckland Spring 2025, Lucca Comics and Games in Italy, PAX Australia, and Festival des Jeux de Cannes and InterOcio Madrid in 2026.
