NECA know a thing or two about what collectors want. Their always-popular Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Gremlins, and other action figures are always a fun throwback, with some of the best packaging at the con every year.
This year, they’ll be back with brand new exclusives.
NECA will be launching their annual pre-orders (traditionally for shipping, both domestic and international) on Wednesday, June 18 – Friday, June 20 on their site (8am PT on Wednesday; 9am PT on Thursday, and 10am PT on Friday). If an item sells out, inventory will renew the following day, and it will be available again, while supplies last. Your online orders will ship after Comic-Con. Note that there will be purchase limits, which vary depending on the item. You can read more in their FAQ.
Quantities are also always available at the Booth #3545, but for purchasing there only.
[UPDATE June 10]
It’s playtime with NECA’s latest San Diego Comic-Con exclusive, a Child’s Play 3 – Ultimate Surf’s Up Chucky 7″ Scale Action Figure ($39.99). Inspired by a never-used concept poster from the third film in the Child’s Play franchise, this exclusive reimagines Chucky as a sun-soaked slasher ready to ride the tide — and maybe leave a body or two in his wake. The figure is highly articulated, and Chucky comes decked out in Good Guys-themed board shorts, a rash guard, flip-flops, and all the accessories you’d expect from a day at the shore: a surfboard with wave base, sunglasses, suntan lotion, floaties, and a soft goods towel. Multiple heads and hands let you customize Chucky’s level of chill or chaos. It’s all packaged in a collector-friendly window box with flap.

It’s alive! NECA is lighting up San Diego Comic-Con 2025 with an exclusive Universal Monsters – 90th Anniversary Glow-in-the-Dark Retro Bride of Frankenstein 7” Scale Action Figure ($29.99). This convention exclusive celebrates the 90th anniversary of the Bride of Frankenstein with a fully articulated, 7″ scale figure that comes with a vinyl cloak. It’s all packaged in a tribute blister card packaging, and will be available as part of the presales from June 18-June 20.

Cowabunga, dude! Your favorite heroes in a half shell are bringing the beach party to San Diego Comic-Con 2025 with NECA’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Cartoon) – Sewer Surfing Turtles 7” Scale Action Figure 4-Pack ($149.99).
Inspired by the sunny, shell-shocking antics of the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, this set features Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo, ready to ride the waves. Each figure features an all-new sculpt, complete with beach-ready gear and accessories pulled from some of the series’ most iconic surf and sand episodes. The pack also includes multiple surfboards and a wave base so you can recreate the turtles’ tubular ocean adventures. It all comes packaged in special convention-exclusive artwork by TMNT comic artist Ken Mitchroney.
[UPDATE June 2]
NECA has unveiled their first convention exclusive heading to San Diego Comic-Con 2025, and it’s a chilling blend of vintage Halloween and island lore. The “Tiki Terror“ ($24.99) 6″ clothed action figure joins the Ben Cooper Costume Kids Collection, inspired by the iconic boxed Halloween costumes made famous from the 1950s through the 1980s.
The exclusive reimagines a retro character that feels like it could have been plucked straight from the shelves of a mid-century costume shop, complete with a stylized mask and soft vinyl-style clothing that captures the nostalgic charm of the era. Standing approximately 6 inches tall and fully poseable, Tiki Terror features a trick-or-treat bag accessory and comes packaged in a vintage-inspired box that pays homage to classic Ben Cooper packaging.
