Alex Ross San Diego Comic-Con 2025 Exclusives [UPDATE July 3]

Renowned for his iconic, painterly style and larger-than-life depictions of superheroes, Alex Ross is once again making a powerful return to San Diego Comic-Con. A staple of the convention, Alex consistently draws crowds with his masterful work and sought-after exclusives — ranging from stunning limited-edition prints to never-before-seen cover debuts.

This year is no exception, as Alex Ross Art, the official dealer of all things Ross, will be showcasing a new lineup of exclusives, new releases, and fan-favorite pieces. You can find Alex Ross Art at Booth #2415 and Booth #2515 on the show floor.

Let’s take a look at this year’s offerings:

It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s Alex Ross’ Superman #1 Tribute Comic. This exclusive features Ross’s painted homage to Joe Shuster’s 1939 cover, and is available in two versions — a classic A Cover with vintage trade dress and a B Cover virgin variant — with options for unsigned, signed, or CGC graded copies.

Street Fighter Prime #0 — Starting at $40

Alex Ross kicks things into high-gear with a San Diego Comic-Con exclusive variant cover, showcasing a dynamic illustration of Ken, Ryu, and Chun-Li. This limited edition will debut at SDCC Preview Night, with a small number of pre-orders opening online on Thursday, July 3. It’s available in three formats — unsigned, signed, and CGC 9.8 Signature Series. Each signed copy includes a Certificate of Authenticity. DC Villains: Joker – $150

Debuting exclusively at SDCC, DC Villains: Joker is a brand-new illustration by Alex Ross, created for the upcoming 2025 Heroes and Villains museum exhibit. You can score a signed, individually numbered 18″x24″ digital fine art print, available unframed for $150 or framed for $395. It’s limited to an edition of 195, and each print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. You can either head to his booth during the con or join the online waiting list now for when it goes live on Preview Night.

DC Villains: Harley Quinn – $150

Similar to the Joker piece, this all-new illustration by Alex Ross was created for the upcoming 2025 Heroes and Villains museum exhibit. This 18″x24″ digital fine art print captures Gotham’s most unpredictable antiheroine in Ross’s signature, painterly style. It’s limited to 195 pieces and signed by the artist, and each print is individually numbered and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. It will be available unframed for $150 or framed for $395 at his booth at the con or you can join the online waiting list now for Preview Night.

DC Villains: Joker & Harley – $525
