Alex Ross San Diego Comic-Con 2026 Exclusives

For more than three decades, artist Alex Ross has been one of the most recognizable names in comics, thanks to his realistic painted style that makes superheroes look as though they stepped right off the page. Whether it’s Marvels, Kingdom Come, or his countless covers for Marvel and DC, Ross has a knack for turning larger-than-life icons into something that feels almost tangible.

That reputation has also made his booth one of Comic-Con’s must-stop destinations (they have CARPET, you guys!), where fans line up each year for new prints, exclusives, debuts, and the chance to take home a piece of his ever-expanding catalog. For San Diego Comic-Con 2026, Alex Ross Art returns to Booths #2415 and #2515 with another lineup of convention exclusives, newly released artwork, and fan-favorite pieces from across Ross’ career.

Let’s take a look at this year’s offerings:

[UPDATE June 5]

Ross is kicking off his San Diego Comic-Con exclusives with a cosmic offering, in the form of “Origins: Silver Surfer“, an all-new piece based on the painted “Origins” spreads from Marvel Dimensions, Ross’s upcoming art book arriving later this fall.

The artwork spotlights the Sentinel of the Spaceways in Ross’s signature style, as he shoots across comic panels. Collectors can choose between a signed archival paper edition featuring character text ($195, LE 100) or a larger canvas giclée version without text ($895, LE 25). Both editions come signed by Ross and include a certificate of authenticity, and you can join the waiting list now online.

Also debuting at SDCC, “Marvel Dimensions Universe” is based on the painted cover for Ross’s upcoming Marvel Dimensions art book and serves as a sweeping celebration of the Marvel Universe. Captain America stands at the forefront, surrounded by an all-star lineup that includes everyone from Spider-Man, Thor, Storm, Jean Grey, the Silver Surfer, Daredevil, the Hulk, and more.

It will be available as either a fine art print on archival paper ($295, LE 100) or a larger canvas giclée ($995, LE 50), and just like the other, you can join the online waiting list now.
