Collectibles grading powerhouse CGC, along with JSA, are returning to San Diego Comic-Con this year with exclusive giveaways, signings, and of course — submissions at the booth.
For those unfamiliar with CGC, attendees can bring in a broad array of items (including comic books and trading cards to video games, home video releases, and memorabilia) for grading or autograph authentication right at their booth.
For 2026, CGC will have a new location. Find them at Booth #301 and #5500, near the Silver and Gold Pavilion, with CGC Signature Series remaining in Artist Alley at Booth #4315.
Over at Booth #5500 attendees can take part in the annual CGC Pin Tour. Submit an item for grading to receive an exclusive show submission pin, a Pin Tour lanyard, and a CGC Scratch-off Ticket. If you collect three show exclusive pins you can receive the Tour Pin #1, with Tour Pin #2 given out to those who collect all submission pins for all events on the Tour (San Diego, MegaCon, C2E2, HeroesCon, Baltimore Comic-Con and New York Comic-Con.) Scratch-Off Tickets will offer attendees a chance to win discounts, membership perks and more.
CGC will also host free pin giveaways, limited to one play, per person, per show.
Stop by Booth #5500 for free pre-screening of comics and cards on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 11:30am-12:30pm, with CGC President Matt Nelson, Vice President of Comics Grading Shawn Caffrey, and card grader John D’Amico.
CGC will also host several in-booth signings during San Diego Comic-Con, including:

- Rick & Morty Cast Members Ian Cardoni, Spencer Grammer and Harry Belden (Saturday, 10am-11:30am)
- My Hero Academia voice actor David Mantraga (Friday & Saturday 2:30pm-4pm)
- Garbage Pail Kids & CRANIACS artist Joe Simko (Sunday, 11am-11:30am, FREE)
You’re also invited to join CGC at their panel, Raw To Slab, on Saturday at 4:30pm in Room 26AB with Matt Nelson and Shawn Caffrey.
In addition, attendees can follow CGC on Instagram to discover hints for the Golden Egg Mystery Box Hunt, receive a free Mothra foil card for submitting any Abominable Toys card for grading at Booth #301, take part in a CRANIACS scavenger hunt for a-piece puzzle card, and receive a free Cybercel promo card with any card grading submission.
