Pudgy Penguins are waddling their way to San Diego Comic-Con, and they’re bringing plenty of icy fun with them. Fans can flock to Booth #2846, where the popular penguin brand is setting up a booth that will feature a claw machine, photo ops with your favorite frosty friends, and the debut of the new Pudgy Penguins comic series.
It’s shaping up to be a “cool” destination on the show floor.
[UPDATE June 30]
Only the world’s biggest comic book stage is big enough for the Pudgy Penguins, so it’s only fitting that their debut comic book series is set to release at San Diego Comic-Con.
Fans can learn the origin of hero Pax Pengu, the “meet-cute” between Pax and Polly, and the legendary beginnings of The Berg they call home, all in a three-part comic book series written by Vivian Lin and illustrated by Afiq Salam.
Each issue of Adventures of Pax Pengu & Polly will be 32 pages of full-color manga-inspired art, presenting a complete story and allowing readers to get to know the characters they love in a new, deeper way.

In addition to the comic books, Pudgy Penguins will also debut Adventures of Pax Pengu & Polly: The Berg Omnibus, a premium hardcover collector’s edition bringing the complete collection together in a single volume. Limited to just 100 copies, this hardcover features an exclusive cover and will contain all three comic books.
