With Toy Fair still in full swing, all the big toy companies have been making exciting reveals — including the announcement of a Transformers set and comic that look to be heading to San Diego Comic-Con.

Hasbro unveiled a Transformers Void Rivals set, inspired by the comic that launched the Energon Universe. The set features an 11″ Autobot Jetfire figure, which transforms from robot to jet mode in 32 steps and includes two non-converting 3.75″ figures, Zertonian Solila and Agorrian Darak. All three figures boast articulated heads, arms, and legs for dynamic action poses. To sweeten the deal, the pack also features a convention-exclusive Void Rivals #1 comic with a stunning variant cover by Marcelo Matere.

Matere took to Twitter to share the news, and referenced the “new amazing SDCC set”. So could this be heading to San Diego Comic-Con? Seems very likely.

Hasbro has already gotten a jumpstart on their San Diego Comic-Con announcements, with the first exclusives news of the season.
