Martin Hsu is heading back to San Diego Comic-Con in 2026 to Booth #4530, and as always, his space tends to feel a little different from the rest of the exhibit floor. His work blends pop culture with softer, more emotional storytelling — whether that’s familiar characters reimagined through his style or original pieces that lean into the beauty of nature and quiet moments. It’s the kind of booth people come back to every year, and usually leave with something unexpected but treasured.
His annual Comic-Con Pre-Order will launch on Friday, July 10 at 9am PT. Customers can use code SDCC2026PICKUP for booth pick-up (and to ensure you aren’t charged shipping), though shipping is also available. You can preview the store now, including pricing for all originals and prints.

[UPDATE June 30]
Martin continues his Bridgerton-inspired collection with “Penelope’s Reflection,” a tribute to one of season four’s most emotional moments. The watercolor captures Penelope looking back at her reflection as she reflects on the journey that’s brought her to this point, culminating in the scene where she sets down her quill and leaves Lady Whistledown behind.
The release includes a pair of 5 x7″ prints sold together for $25, featuring both “Penelope’s Reflection” and a companion print of Penelope and Colin. Hsu will also have the original one-of-a-kind watercolor and metallic acrylic painting available, fra med and signed, for collectors looking to take home the original artwork (price TBA).

[UPDATE June 29]
Martin is whisking Comic-Con attendees away from the Convention Center and straight to the Ton’s best ball with “A Bridgerton Cinderella Story” which is inspired by Bridgerton‘s own Cinderella story this season with maid Sophie Baek.
The watercolor artwork depicts Sophie transformed into the mysterious “Silver Ingenue” for the masquerade ball, accompanied by Alfie the Mouse and Irma the Fairy Godmother. Martin created the piece as both a tribute to Bridgerton and to celebrate the show’s commitment to diverse casting, sharing that Sophie’s story made him feel especially seen as an Asian American viewer.
The 11″x 14″ limited edition print is signed and numbered, and limited to just 60 copies, which will be available for $35. The original, one-of-a-kind watercolor and metallic acrylic painting will also be available (featuring pearlescent accents on Sophie’s gown, gloves, mask, shoes, and magical fairy dust), with pricing TBA. Fans should also keep an eye out for pre-order announcements later this week.

[UPDATE June 27]
Martin has recently sunk his fangs into the rich tapestry that is the world of Interview with the Vampire and The Vampire Lestat, and he’s celebrating with a new print heading to San Diego Comic-Con. The piece, “The Vampire Lestat – Brat Prince“, imagines Lestat in feline form (long live Catstat?) in a hauntingly beautiful new gothic watercolor illustration that captures Lestat’s effortless energy and insatiable appetite.
The limited edition print measures 11″x14″, is signed and numbered, and is limited to just 99 pieces, which will be available for $35 each.
For those who covet the truly rare, Martin will also have the original watercolor and acrylic painting on 11″x14″ watercolor paper. The original comes framed in an ornate gothic black frame with glass, is signed by Martin Hsu, with pricing still to be announced.

[UPDATE June 25]
Some friendships are worth being brave for. You can embark to Booth #4530, where you’ll find Martin’s “Grace and Rocky’s Dream“, a beautiful new 11″x14” print inspired by Project Hail Mary and the out-of-this-world love and friendship between Ryland Grace and his favorite Eridian, Rocky.
It should resonate with fellow space dreams, and Martin was inspired by a vision he had while watching the film, and he says painting it while listening to the soundtrack made the experience even more special, recommending fans do the same, particularly the track “A Moment.”
The piece will be available as both a signed 11″x14″ numbered edition of just 99 copies for $35, or you can also purchase the original watercolor and metallic acrylic painting available, featuring shimmering metallic details on Rocky’s sphere, Grace’s glasses, the Astrophage, and the shooting stars. The original comes framed and signed by Martin, with pricing to be announced.
If you want to ensure you this one docks into your collection, keep an eye on his online pre-orders when they launch in early July.

[UPDATE June 23]
You’re going to be doing jazz hands over Martin’s next reveal. He’s celebrating the intergalactic friendship of Rocky and Grace from Project Hail Mary in this new, limited edition 5″x7″ set of two prints. One features Rocky by himself, lost in thought, while the other features Dr. Ryland Grace and Rocky in a quiet, reflective moment. This “Sakura Wishes – Rocky and Grace” set is the perfect way to showcase their “close encounter”.
Fans can pick it up for $25 at the booth, and can pre-order it online for shipping or booth pick-up when pre-orders launch in early July.
Can’t get enough of these two? Martin’s been working on an 11″x14″ piece as well, and from the teases alone, I can already tell it’s going to be my favorite of his this year. Amaze amaze amaze!

[UPDATE June 22]
Martin is venturing into the Upside Down for his newest San Diego Comic-Con exclusive. “Stranger Cats” reimagines the world of Stranger Things through his signature feline lens, and all your favorite characters are ready to represent Hawkins in this watercolor-and-acrylic illustration.
It’s a piece Martin has been wanting to create since the show’s very first season, and judging by the sheer number of cats involved, it was clearly a labor of love. The 11″x14″ print will be available in a signed and numbered edition of just 99 copies for $35 each, with pre-orders opening in early July.
The original 11″x14″ creation will also be available, and comes framed with glass — if interested, email [email protected] to join his Collector Preview email list for dibs.

[UPDATE June 19]
The diabolical and dastardly The Boys recently wrapped up it’s fifth and final season and Martin Hsu has re-imagined the cast as devious, playful and naughty, just like we saw them on-screen, except…as CATS!
In his signature style, Martin presents them in an 11″ x 14″ print on 100lb. matte cover stock. The print is a limited edition of 69 pieces (natch!) and will be available for pre-order in early July, with pick-up at San Diego Comic-Con, booth #4530, for $35.
The original watercolor painting Martin used to make this print, also measuring 11″ x 14,” will be available for purchase framed, with price TBA.

[UPDATE June 16]
Martin has another new San Diego Comic-Con exclusive print for you to howl over, this time an Okami Sakura Wishes print. You can pick it up at the convention (and through Martin’s online pre-order when it opens) as a 5″x7″ print for $15, or as an 11″x14″ (price TBA).
